HOW CAN I do"T0 C0NVERT TIMEING IN TO MONEY WITH 'IF' CONDITION"

Hi,

I want to know about IF condition to convert the puls of minutes in to Money

as for exp. 0:15 is 1 puls of timeing and the rate of one plus is 5/- Rs.
only..

now i want to know that how can i create the formula to counting this pulses
and convert for Rs.

i hope i can find perfect answer by you....

=A1/TIME(0,15,0)*5

or

=A1*96*5

what happens if the time is not an exact multiple of 15 mins.
