I used to archive my Inbox and Outbox in response to the over-size-
limit messages. I'd select the folder, go to File and choose Archive.
I had specific folders for Inbox and Outbox, and I'd start a new .pst
each year and thus could find things. Now we just got 2010 and this
capability seems to be missing. Is there a way to manually archive in
2010?
Thank You,
-plh

You can setup Autoarchive if you like by:

1. Open Outlook
2. Click File
3. Options / Advanced
4. Click Autoarchive Settings

Happily using Hosted Exchange with http://www.saashost.net
