Currently I notice running little programs have cause my
computer to raise cpu usage all the way to 100% I am not
sure what to do about that cause it really effects my
work. I thinking I might have to much on my computer or
need to raise the Ram because often i get a message saying
things for video games like Starcraft need 15 mb of memory
to run you only have 5mb left do u still what to run? I
really would appeciate hearing some else opinion.

Sounds very virusy. Run an antivirus program with the latest virus
definitions and see what happens.
