How can I display subfolders in added favourite folders

My problem:
I know how to add a folder from my mail folder to my favourite folders by
right-clicking on it and then selecting "Add to Favourite Folders".

However, this only adds the specific folder in question and not its
subfolders. Is it possible to have Outlook include the subfolders of such a
folder as well? I know that there is a relevant option when adding a public
folder to the favourite folders but I haven't seen such an option when adding
something from the personal folder.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance,
