How can I display the selected text in the message box?

's Computer Specifications

I have created one tool bar icon"Show".Select text in the read pane .Now when
I select tool bar icon "Show" ,that selected text should display in the
message box.

And user's need this as a replacement to copy-n-paste WHY?
