how can I disable websync in Outlook 7?

I am not using websync but it keeps popping up. How can I get rid of it?

What do you mean with websync? RSS Feeds?
You can remove the subscriptions via Tools-> E-mail Accounts tab RSS Feeds.

If that is not what you meant, post some more details and clarify your
request.
