Can I disable save confirmation message box for inbox items?

Some e-mails contain external pictures. By default, the pictures get
blocked for security reasons. But in many cases, we let the pictures
be downloaded. The annoying thing is that, when pictures got shown, if
I tried to delete the message after reading it, Outlook asks "This
mail is changed. Are you sure? " (something similar). For God's sake,
it's a received mail, not a mail I composed. I don't understand why
Outlook asks this since received mails cannot be edited by me. Can I
disable this confirmation?

I don't think so. If you can the option would be in Trust Center.
Automatically downloading all might get rid of it but it might not.
