I have used briefcase to replicate files in the past from our server to my
laptop, but it always wants to modify MS Access files before it replciates
them. I don't want it to do this. All I want is for one version to be
copied over the other. I have also used other syncing softwarem but I still
prefer briefcase. Is there a way to disable the automated replication of
..mdb files? There must be some secret way of doing it.

regsvr32 /u c:\windows\system32\msrclr40.dll

It unregister a service named Microsoft Jet Briefcase Reconciler Library
