If the user has deleted a folder and not yet emptied deleted items, there is
a + beside deleted items in the folder view. Click on the + to expand and
there's the deleted folder. If they have emptied deleted items, open the
deleted items folder. Click on Tools > Recover Deleted Items. This will show
only if it's been enabled on the Exchange server. If it is enabled, all items
deleted in the normal way (not hard deleted) will show there for whatever
amount of time is set on the server for DIR (deleted item retention). You can
sort by date deleted, subject, or from.
