When I recieve an email and get replies this creates a thread I want to
outlook to automatically delete the previous email so i dont get a whole lot
of emails on the same subject.

currently available versions of Outlook don't support this - you'll need to
delete them yourself. Outlook 2010 does support thread cleanup.
