One thing that I'm really looking for is a way to delete a mail from both
original email and outlook just by deleting it in outlook. It's because I
don't want to have a messy email when I log in without using outlook. Right
now, when I delete an email in outlook, the original one remains in my inbox
, so after a couple of months I will have a real mess in my email.

Generally you cannot, but depends to some extent on the type of account, pop
or?
If pop the two are entirely seperate

If you're using a POP account, then you can configure your account to delete
the message from the server when you empty your Deleted Items folder. I
believe it's on the Advanced tab of the account properties. You must use the
Deleted Items folder in order for this to work. A permanent deletion (holding
Shift down when you delete an item) won't work because it bypasses Deleted
Items.

In the POP e-mail account that you defined in Outlook, under More
settings, Advanced tab, decide what behavior(s) you want to employ to
keep your server-side Inbox clean of old e-mails.

Apparently you have the "leave messages on server" option enabled in the
e-mail account defined in Outlook. Well, that means they do get left up
on the server and it is up to you to do the periodic cleaning. Do you
actually access your POP account from multiple e-mail clients? If not,
why did you enable the "leave messages on server" option?

Outlook has a couple of options to assist in the cleanup operations
should you decide to enable the "leave messages on server" option. One
is to delete the server copy of the message when you delete it from the
Deleted Items folder (provided that is where it goes when you delete a
message). After you delete a message from the Deleted Items folder, it
will also get deleted from the mail server in the next mail poll.

In addition to or separate from the "remove from server when deleted
from Deleted Items" option, you also have the choice of enabling the
"remove from server after N days". N days after you retrieve the
message, Outlook will queue it for deletion in its next mail poll.

Obviously none of these options are applicable if you are not loading
that instance of Outlook to have it carry out those actions. If you are
using the webmail client to your account, Outlook isn't involved.
