Hi Bob,
The file remains there since it's a folder for Windows XP
components which may be reinstalled in the future. Sure,
you could do a few hacks to remove the folder, but it's so
innocuous, I would suggest you leave it be. It's not hurting
anyone, it's taking hardly any space, it would be bad karma
to kill that poor folder that only exists to entertain us. :-)
