Can I delete the keys in my C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys folder? I'm not sure what these do.

Why do I want to do this?

My system freezes up 80% of reboots. I looked in the Event Viewer and it
looks like it's related to the SSL Server credential private key.

SOURCE: Schannel
Type: Error

A fatal error occurred when attempting to access the SSL server credential
private key. The error code returned from the cryptographic module is
0x80090016.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Why don't you try renaming the directory first.

Much easier to undo.
