I am an IT and a user asked me a question that I just don't know. How can
you delete a full group of emails at once without having to highlight them
alltogether. We are using Outlook 2003. It will let you do this in the
deleted items folder and junk email folder etc. but it seems that with
personal created folders it will not let you do this. It simply says "
Enterprise Vault cannot delete an Outlook group" Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.

That message is coming from an add-in that you have installed and not from
Outlook.
Sounds like an enterprise level archiving feature to me.

Side note from the other post, if the user has the messages grouped (by
sender, by subject, by date, etc), they should be able to click on the group
header and delete them all. Outlook also supports shift-click for
highlighting multiple successive items with a minimum of clicks. Click on an
item, then holding down the SHIFT key clck an item further down and the the
in-betweeners will be highlighted as well.
