Ed,
If you do then your ASP.NET (Framework) won't work. What I mean is that ASP.NET
is used for IIS...
Basically, if you do then you may have to re-install the .NET Framework
1.1/2.0/3.0 whichever version of the Framework you have
Its not doing any harm being there
