Can I delegate access to a group rather than individual users?

We have a high turnover of PA's, so every time one leaves we have to remove
the old PA from the Delegates tab of a number of users, as well as add the
new one. Is it possible to instead use a group as a delegate and add/remove
the PA's from this group?
