AFAIK, you can't set the options on the message during a merge. Create a
rule to delay all mail with the same subject for 10 min (or more) then set
the option on each one. Take into account the delay time, if you need the
merge to be sent at a specific time.
If it’s a large merge, you might be able to do it using VBA. The programmers
are 'down the hall' in the program_vba group on this server. They sometimes
wander in here, but for fastest results, repost there.
