In the Swiss Canton of Zurich certain school holidays are defined in terms of week numbers, i.e. spring holidays are in week 17 & 18 and fall holidays in week 41 & 42. Can one somehow define recurring annual events in terms of week numbers in Outlook 2002/XP?

only if they occur every xx weeks. outlook doesn't support 'every week 17
of the year', only 'every 17 week's. it also supports 'x day of month - so
if those holidays always fall in the 3rd sunday of april, it can be done.
