how can i deactivate my hot keys functions

's Computer Specifications

i have a HCL laptop which have new version of hot keys .There are three
accounts one of the account the function keys are activated sothat i can not
type some of the letters without pressing the fn keys .this problem does not
happen the other accounts. Can u please help to solve the problem?

I am sure this is a setting on the laptop and not specifically a Word
problem, it would be best to contact the laptop manufacturer.
