How can I easily customize contact forms to include unique fields and remove
those that are unnecessary for my business. Ideally, my contact manager
would have two distinct kinds of contact forms.

Customization currently cannot be done in either previous or current versions
of BCM. You are definitely NOT alone in your expressed need for this!
Future versions of BCM will hopefully hear your concern.
