My signature comes through to recipients as plain text, not the font
configuration I designed nor with the bmp inserted designed as der personal
custom signature.

Outlook is non-functional again.

Thanks good luck when the house of cards starts falling,

What email client do the recipients use?
Does it happen with all recipients or just some?
What email format do you use? RTF is bad; HTML is good.
Are you using Exchange server?

gtv_john,
If the recipient's email program is set to read email in "plain text", I
believe that there is nothing that you can do about it. There are no changes
that you can make at your end.
