Can I create a rule for a message I'm sending out

I'd like to have certain text displayed in the email subject when I
create it before I send it out to a specific person, but when I create
a rule, it seems that I can only do it for when I receive an email.

Is there any way I can create a rule for sending out an email?

Thank you,
Brad

Brad, I don' t believe there is a way to do this. You can however, create a
rule from the message you just sent. Go to the "Send Items" folder and open
the message you just mailed. Create the rule from there. When that person
replies, it will route to the folder you created the rule for.
