Hello all, I would like to create an account tree structure within BCM and
can't see how to do this. I want to start at the parent and then relate the
divisions and sub-divisions of the account. Can do?

bobo:

In a word, No. BCM has accounts that hierarchically relate to business
contacts but you can't have sub-accounts or sub-contacts. Check out MS CRM
Online for that... A workaround might be to use categories to denote your
hierarchies and then customize a view to see them by category.

HTH,
Lon
