I'm trying to create a form in 2003 where the results would go to specific
people chosen in a drop down menu without using a common email address. Is
this possible? Perhaps Radio buttons or the like -- without having
everything go to a central location.

Not possible when using the FP Form Handler, requires a custom written server-side scripted Form
Handler.
