How can I create a new style in Word 2007?

I need to add a style in Word 2007. How is that done?

Ah ha! There is a dandy little button at the bottom of the Styles drop-down
menu.

You can also do it from the Apply Styles pane. Press Ctrl+Shift+S, and when
you type the name of a style that doesn't exist, the Reapply button changes
to New.
