i am trying to insert a watermark of 'PRO FORMA' into the background of a
letter but cant find out how to do this....i have tried formatting but it
only gives me set options i.e DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL etc....i am not very
computer literate so simple directions or explanations would be much
appreciated.

Just go ahead and type your watermark in the box where your selections are.
In this case, you can add choices to the drop-down box by typing in there.
