To insert the form fields of Word 97-2003, use the Developer tab of the
ribbon (click the Legacy Tools button in the Controls group).
To create shortcuts, click the Office button (on the top left of your Word
screen), click Word Options, and then click Customize. Click the Keyboard
button to display the Customize Keyboard dialog box.
To create an AutoText entry: Add the contents that you want in your
AutoText. Select it and press Alt+F3. Give the entry a name and choose
"AutoText" for "Gallery." Choose where to save it, and click OK.
Note, however, that Word 2007 no longer supports AutoComplete for AutoText
entries. But you can type the name of an entry (or the first few letters of
the name), and then press F3 to insert the AutoText.
