Can I create a hotlink to go from one cell to another in a wrksht

Is there a way to create a hotlink from one cell in a worksheet to another?
I want to be able to lick on the cell and be taken immediately to the one to
which it is linked.

you can to to a cell in any worksheet.

You can also use:
Insert > Hyperlink > to a place in this document
