I have created a form for my website http://www.elpasovirtualtrader.com where
it says "Ad Submission" towards the bottom.

About 45 percent of the time I get the following error message when people
hit the submit button:

Frontpage Error
User: Please report details to the site webmaster
Webmaster: Please see server's application event log

I am using a remote hosting service with ASP extensions enabled. At first i
figured it was my hosting server so I uninstalled and re-installed the ASP
server extensions for Frontpage. Then i reinstalled the form page to the
server. No luck. I even re-created a form and uploaded to my website. No
luck. Am i overlooking something simple.

On the form Properties i am having it send the form results to an email
address only.

Any clearification with this headache appreciated.

What did your host say when you asked them to check the server's application
event log?

Do you mean ASP server extensions or FrontPage server extensions?

Is this a basic FrontPage generated form that is supposed to have the
results sent by email? If so, did you rename the file extension to .asp
from .htm? If so, it won't work.

Did your host configure the FP server extensions forms to email transport?
