I'm using Frontpage2003. I created web pages in Publisher2003 and want to
convert the Publisher files to Frontpage files and continue to create the web
pages from there before I upload them to the server. I can't seem to find a
way to import the files and save them as Frontpage files. I even tried
copying the source HTML and pasting them in Frontpage, but that didn't seem
to work.

In Publisher 'Save As...' web page then import those pages into FrontPage

You're wasting time..you will not be happy with the results. Just start over
in FP.
