I have several lists of names/addresses from which I need to print out
mailing labels. I understand that is best done through excel. How can I
convert w./o cut and paste for days?

Mickey: Can you give us an idea of the current layout? Perhaps you can use
mail merge.

Hi, I have big problem. I have word documents with labels. I need to convert
this files to excel file with separate fields for Name, address, city, state
and zip.
