Can compact framework 2.0 install on smartphone 2003?

Hi:
We have an application which using compact framework 2.0, and running on
winCE5.0.
Now one of our client ask to run it on smartphone2003(wince 4.2).

My question is can compact framework2.0 installed on smartphone2003?
