I tried to reinstall or repair with my CD for BCM for Outlook 2003 and there
was a warnign sign popped up, saying MSSQL$MICROSOFTBCM application needs to
be closed. I closed my Outlook and all the other things but i still got same
warning and could not reinstall the BCM.

MSSQL$MICROSOFTBCM is a service (it runs in the background). You can
stop or pause it from the Services applet.
