Does anyone know how I can check my work emails from home? I was given a web
address that started 'owa' but this doesnt seem to work on my laptop? Do I
need to have something installed?

Is there an error message? What happens when you try?
Are you typing in the URL exactly? Do you have a userID and password to
submit? Do you need to use VPN to access? If you do, is it installed on your
laptop? Is it required that you have a SecurID keyfob?
Have you discussed the issues/questions with your Exchange Administrator at
work? Did they advise you of any prerequisites required in order to access
OWA (Outlook Web Access)?

You'll have to ask your IT people whether or not it is allowed and, if so,
how to do it.
