You can have what you want by changing your method a bit. Open My Computer to
the folder, and rightclick any file to use 'open with' for Wordpad. You could
even choose the "Always use this..' option of open with to set .html as a
wordpad default for editing.
Editing html in wordpad is probably a mistake, however, since html code
needs to be in 'plain text'
