How can I change the Windows Folder Template?

WXP Pro SP3 with all updates

All folder icons within my Windows folder are set by default as video
folders, each showing a single photo (the same photo on all of them). While I
can one-by-one redefine the template used on these folders, it'd be a tedious
task considering the large number of uninstall folders. Unfortunately, I
cannot change the default behavior in the Windows folder itself as it
contains no Customize tab. Does anyone know how I can change the template
used for this folder?
