How can I change task priority in Outlook

I would like to have the task priority in Outlook be something more grainular
than just low-normal-high. Something like 1-10 would be more useful.

That's more a suggestion than a question, because I'm fairly certain it's not
possible to do that.

You can always add a custom field to the table view of your tasks and enter
your own numbers there, then sort on that field.
