I WANT TO SAVE A WORK DONE IN MICROSOFT WORD AS A JPEG FILE. HOW CAN I?

Not possible from within Word as it stands. The simplest option is to
download the trial version of SnagIt which adds a 'printer' driver to
Windows. This driver will allow you to 'print' the document to a variety of
graphics formats including jpg.
