how can i change OL 2007 email format to OL 2003

the line spacing is off much better in OL 2003
i once saw a tab to change to 200 but cant find it now

What EXACTLY do you mean by "the line spacing is off"?
I don't know where you can have seen a "tab" to change to 200 (sic)....
