Can I change the name of an attachment in an email?

I would like to change the name of an attachment that is already in an email.
How can I do that? I am using Outlook 2007. Thanks for helping me.

R-click on the attachment, select Save As, after you have done that
Remove the badly named one and insert the correctly named file.
