I have tried to change my user name under directory
Document and Setting but I can't. I can change all the
other user name that I have created for an account.

How I can change:
C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\
to:

C:\Documents and Settings\something else\

Thanks.

The easiest way is to create a new profile and copy the data to the
new profile:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=811151

Then when you are sure everything is OK, you can delete the old
profile.

Do not try to delete or rename the folder, go to User Accounts in
Control Panel and delete the old profile after you are sure the new
profile is OK.
