I need to change my password but I have forgotten my old one. I am able to
use outlook on my desk computer because a while ago I checked the "save
password and e-mail". But now I have forgotten it... Please Help!!

You need to ask your ISP, you cannot change your mail password, or user name
yourself, within Outlook

And what good would be a lock if any old screwdriver could unlock it?

You'll have to use whatever "Forgot Password" procedure is available at
the web site for whomever is your e-mail provider.

Even if you forget the password for the encrypted PST file, you can
still decrypt it by using Advanced Outlook Repair. Advanced Outlook
Repair can decrypt all the encrypted data and convert it into a new
PST file that doesn't require a password. You can visit
http://www.datanumen.com/aor/problem...k-password.htm to get more
detailed information.

http://www.datanumen.com/aor/ contains detailed information about
Advanced Outlook Repair.

And you can also download a free demo version at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/aor.exe
