Where exactly do you wish to change the language?

Assuming the language itself within the application (menus, toolbars, etc.), just uninstall
Messenger (don't worry, you won't lose any settings or personal preferences) from the Control
Panel and then install the language of your choice from here:

(The language selection box is at the end of the first table.)
