How can I change the hours shown on the calendar work week view? .

The grid displays from midnight to midnight and I'd like it only to display
the work day hours.

You can't hide blocks of time on the calendar, but if you change the start
time in Tools | Options | Calendar Options, the default view should show the
first work hour at the top of the screen so at least you don't always have
to see the earlier hours. Also, the work hours should be highlighted.
