Outlook (OL) is the program I use 95% of the time. I've just upgraded from
Office-2003 to Office-2007. Since I have sight problems I created a special
OL view (minimum columns, large fonts) that I applies to all OL folders, but
unread items, although in bold, keep appearing in the original small size
font. This doesn't happened in OL-2003.

How can I get unread items to accept same font than the read ones?

In the view settings, modify the Automatic Formatting font settings for
unread items.
