We store student information in Active Directory at out College. Since
Webmail was "improved", the address book now shows up and displays a large
amount of information about the students. How can I hide fields or turn off
the entire display area. I am sure I can edit the source code, but then the
next patch or update may wipe out my changes.

We had the same problem with Outlook inside the network, but we were able to
turn off fields fairly easily.

That would need to be edited on the server side - See if the exchange guys
have any ideas - there are exchange newsgroups on this server or access it
via the web -
