How can I change the default views settings in the save as window to Details?

If you click on the icon does it not save it?

Dialog window.

Right-click in the window and choose View> Details

Thanks for your help. But I guess I didn't phrase the question clearly
enough. I want a solution that automatically opens the save window in the
Details view. This saves me the time of manually changing the setting.
