You need to repoint the folders in Windows. To change all of the folders in
the same path, edit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders
To change on signatures, you need to change the junction or symbolic links.

FWIW, I wouldn't mess with it - make a shortcut to the folder so you don't
need to dig for the signatures folder.
