How can I change the colour of Calendar Labels? (Outlook2003)

In Outlook2003 (WinXP) is it possible to change the colours of the
Calendar Labels?
I hate the default choice of colour and find it difficult to use
intuitively!

I can change the labels, but how do I change the colours themselves?
Is it like msExcel where you can edit the colours...?
