Turn off auto update. Then go to Microsoft's site via Windows update or just
type in the site on your browser address bar. (Do a manual update). When the
one you don't want is listed, don't click 'download and install'. In stead
page down a little and click 'do not show this update again'.
HOWEVER, if it were my computer I would shut down all virus programs, turn
off the firewall and try to determine why you get the problem. I don't use
virus programs, I use Windows firewall and have no problem with KB890830.
